At Guava, we are delighted at the re-book rate of our models - meaning if a client books a model once, they are likely to use that model, and our services, again and again. Clients frequently comment on the professional and courteous attitude of our models, and what a good impression they make on all the crew.
We have conducted an informal survey amongst some of our biggest clients, and the verdict is unanimous: attitude matters most.
"We already know the model's got the look, or we wouldn't have picked her," Said one major casting director. "So when it comes to our booking her again, how hard she works and well she gets on with the rest of the team are everything."
Clients identified small gestures as making the biggest impression - arriving on time (or early), knwoing a bit about the company, making an effort to introduce herself to everyone, and so on.
One well-known magazine editor summarised it best:
"Go in with a smile and not a strop and you really can't go wrong!"
